Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dinner and martinis on the roof was delicious - our waitress was amazing, but others (maître d’, and one server) weren’t as friendly or as service oriented. Facilities were very good - the rain shower was a highlight after a long day of walking, the room was dark and quiet. Great location on Times Square. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Fabulous heritage hotel with modern makeover. Perfectly located in Times Square right by near a subway stop. Slightly noisy but that ’s what I’d expect given the location right in the middle of the action. From check in to leaving we were treated so well. And the rooftop bar is a great stop. Really happy and highly recommend.
