原本在網路上訂的房間跟實際拿到的房間完全不一樣，飯店給錯房間鑰匙，跟他說不一樣，結果他說訂房資訊有時候怪怪的，也恩沒給我們原先訂的房間，整個心情大大折扣

Felt like an escape mission. Would not recommend!

I was that horrified at the condition and state of the room that I left pretty much as soon as we arrived. I was looking forward to a relaxing night in, with having a "spa suite" - the spa had definitely seen better days.. and could smell mold as soon as you entered the room. It looked as though someone was just previously in there as the lamp shades were not straight, there was alot of dust accumulated and i didnt feel comfortable laying on the bad bed or sitting on the dirty couch. The floor was disgusting too.. I didnt even use any of the facilities, I was so upset and unsure about the whole vibe there in general that i had no choice but to leave and am hopful to retrieve any of my money back for such a disappointing experience for such an expensive "hotel". I was scared for myself and partners well being.

Unsafe, unsanitary, unpleasant

I booked the "Executive Suite" I arrived to find the bin full of someone's take away. There were ants on the coffee table, that had not been cleaned. The table had burn marks on it. The toilet seat was broken, the safety latch for the door was broken. The power cable for table light in the bedroom was held together with duct tape. Shampoo & soap were not supplied. There was no hot water, I had to use cold water for my morning shower

It wasn’t very clean looking. Mouldy bathroom. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed between guests. There was bloodstains on the single bed mattress. The dryer didn’t work. Replacement was promised but never arrived. So unimpressed that we got a refund and left early

What a dump

One bedroom apartment with 2 queen beds was filthy. kitchen floor tile grout dirty, oven putrid and missing a knob, black mould on splash back tile grout, microwave ancient and grotty. Dust everywhere and musty smell.Shower desperately in need of major clean brown slime on base of door. Walls patched not sanded or painted hair stuck to wall beside frig,cockroaches.Just awful,feel totally ripped off at $200 a night reception acknowledged complaint but took no action

We would like to thank the manager We originally were given keys to a upstairs unit but on request he up graded us to a family room down stairs. We are in our mid seventies.

There were people yelling and arguing half the night. Kids screaming and doors opening and slamming. The website photos did not represent the condition of the room at all. The linen was clean but the room overall was surface clean but really old, dated and pretty gross. I wouldn’t recommend this place, or would expect a lot cheaper for the service provided.
