交通不是很方便

2017年3月底，附近都是工地，出入只能搭taxi，雖然房間很大很整潔，又有廚房洗衣機很適合長途旅行的人居住，可是交通方便性真的太差

موقع مناسب بالقرب من المركز المالي وبرج خليفة

إقامة جميلة بصفة عامة ولكن يفضّل اضافة الافطار بنفس معدل السعر للغرفة بالاضافة لتغيير ارضية الغرفة الى الموكيت بدلاً من السيراميك فهو يزيد من الفخامة.

Burj view not so great.. Construction works

Paid extra for the burj view but really was not worth It. My main view was a big half built building major construction going on in this area which makes it unsightly and noisy. The burj is really far away and given how dusty it is in dubai its not the best of views of the burj. Would not stay again whilst construction is undergoing. Also it is close to dubai mall but despite this - almost no taxi driver knows of this place which can cause difficulty getting back here, and they don't have GPS so unless you can pull out Google maps it's going to be an expensive taxi trip. Other than that the service is good, although found their room service times to be too early so missed this alot. The room itself - I had a studio. Wasn't the best. Can hear all the kitchen appliances whilst you sleep which isn't great. Nice mirrors everywhere perfect for getting ready. Has almost every utensil going but a microwave.. Found this really annoying as if you know dubai food portions you'd know the value of a microwave for your bagged up leftovers. Overall would not stay again. It wasn't terrible but have stayed at better damacs. Appreciate their service nonetheless

Great hotel with minor issues.

Hotel location was near much building construction and road around it were under construction as well. It was hard for taxis to find the location so it took a little longer than normal to get to hotel when needed. One or two usual routes had been closed due to road construction so taxis had to get around them and it made it a longer trip than normal. Staff was excellent very accommodating and super friendly, willing to try to please. Breakfast buffet could have been slightly better but was nice for 17 dollars US. I would love to stay here again but maybe in a couple of years after all the construction is competed. My room was extremely quite even though there was construction. Room also was very large for the price, which was very, very nice. Overall a nice quite stay and restful!!

Excellent hotel close to Dubai Mall

Downtown Hotel Dubai

The hotel itself was nice and pleasant to stay at. Frustratingly my bookin hadn't come through from Expedia which meant I had to spend an extra 10-15mins at the desk which made me late for my next appointment. The staff however were very quick to resolve this in a friendly and understandable manner. Location wise I would say it was very confusing considering there are SO many hotels called DAMAC. I had to use another hotel as a landmark so taxis knew where to go - that's pretty poor. Plus all the building work around the location made it very unscenic. Perhaps a better stay for business but if you're on holiday don't come to this part of town, stay down towards the Marina instead.

اقامة جيدة إلى أن قام الموظف المسؤول عن ركن السيارات بما لم أكن أنتظره ، حيث أنه قام بخدش السيارة بصورة كبيرة أثناء احتكاكه بالجدار في الطريق الضيق للمواقف مع العلم أن السيارة جديدة موديل ٢٠١٦ ولا يوجد بها أي خدش والطامة الكبرى أن الإدارة أنكرت ولم تعترف بخطأها ولم أعوض بشئ فبذلك تكون خسارتي ناحيتين ١- تقل القيمة السوقية للسيارة بعد رش السيارة ٢- اصلاح السيارة بمبلغ لايقل عن ٣٠٠٠

A little out of way but very good accommodations.

Hotel-apartment very comfortable. Our 1 bedroom suite was actually a one bed room apartment with full kitchen facilities. Sopacious. Service excellent. Clean. Had one lunch which was very good. Delivered meals from many restaurants fast and reasonably priced.New business neighborhood with no nearby restaurants. 30' to airport. 15' to Dubai and Emirates Malls, and Marina City. Nearby markets deliver food orders free. Most cabs do not know location because of newer business area and name change. Take a google map with you. Would return.

Spacious and comfortable. A little ou of the way.

Excellent for family reunion. 1 bedroom suite spacious, clean,and comfortable. Only several years old. We had some family gatherings there. Located in Business Bay. 15 min drive to Broadway, Dubai Mall, water amusement park. About 25 min from airport. No restaurants near by. But would return there.
