Hotel antigo, tive que pedir para trocar meu colchão pois fazia um buraco, foi trocado prontamente ! O pessoal da recepção super atenciosos, limpeza sempre boa, sugestão melhorar um pouco o café da manhã, dar uma reformada nos quartos mais antigos. No geral foi bom fui bem atendida.

Precisa melhorar a recepção de hóspedes que chegam a noite, quase voltei achando que o lugar estava abandonado, o frigobar no quarto poderia ter peloenos uma água, para o hóspede comprar caso queira, sem a necessidade de interfonar, o banheiro poderia ser melhorado pra tirar o aspecto de velho e abandonado, o hotel ficam em uma localização muito boa para ter esses problemas de falta de cuidado

Cheguei tinha um papel higiênico que ja caiu na água e secaram , tinha pó em cima da mesa ,aranha no guarda roupa tive que deixar minhas roupas em cima do sofá, o chuveiro no último dia não esquentou ,a água da torneira saia marrom de terra ai quando trataram ficou com cheiro de água sanitária muito forte, valor muito auto pelas condições do quarto e sem café da manhã

Hotel localizado numa área comercial de Itapuã, logo, para quem busca sossego, nao é o ideal. Quarto limpo, cama espaçosa, porém, o colchão não era ortopédico. Café da manhã simples. Serve refeições no local.

A piscina estava totalmente suja. O quarto tinha areia no chão, toalhas com aspectos de velhas e encardidas. Banheiro com torneira estragada e fica pingando o tempo todo. Sem tomadas pelo quarto, sem cesto de lixo no quarto. Piso solto, guarda roupa com cheirando mal.
