We checked-in early but room was not available and was told to come back at check-in time (4 PM). At 4 PM they were all confused as we had checked in early and could not find out keys. Were then told they were still cleaning the room and were told to wait further but we had our luggage and dinner reservations at 5 PM. We finally received keys after 2 hrs after dinner. We were not the only ones waiting a long time for a room.

First night sheets had to be changed before use due to blood on sheets … second night shower had to be requested to have soap and shampoo filled was not done until following day with second request

Not worth the cost! Our room was not very clean, grime in corners of bathroom. There was no toilet paper in our room. You are paying for the location, not the room quality. I would recommend staying somewhere else and just driving to see the geyser’s and other things here.

Stayed here for one night on their first weekend opened for this season. PROS: -The hotel itself is beautiful and full of historic charm. -Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet -Outdoor walkways and geyser paths clearly labeled and well maintained CONS: -The buffet style dinner offered has very limited options and I felt was overpriced at $49/person. Also we were still charged full price even after they had run out of several of the menu items. -Staff members are seasonal seemed very untrained. Examples include someone telling us to visit places that were currently closed (biscuit basin, west butte), servers not knowing the difference between red/white wines or where replacement serving ware for the buffet foods were, and overhearings a worker at the front desk tell some guests they should drive south to the Grand Tetons via a road that was still closed for the winter.

Exactly as I expected. A wonderful experience. Of course you can’t beat the location! They had just opened for the season. You would never have guessed it. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Early season is the way to go

Unique place to stay in. The Inn is right next to the Old Faithful and visitor center. Very convenient to visit nearby geysers. It has an all you can eat restaurant for all meals.

We loved the history of the Inn. The room was clean, comfortable beds, new bathroom fixtures that fit the decor. It was great to be right on site so we saw old faithful erupt 5 times.

Hôtel convenable mais sans plus. Pour le prix c'est vraiment limite. Passez votre chemin et optez de sortir du parc pour vous rendre à west yellowstone. Cela fait un peu de route, mais ça vous évitera de séjourner dans cet endroit.
