The room was clean, and the staff was nice. Breakfast was acceptable. Unfortunately, the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up. We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised a pool and hot tub. However, the pool was freezing, and the hot tub was dirty and cold. When we arrived, we asked the front desk if the pool was open and were told yes, but we were not informed that both the pool and hot tub were not properly heated. Due to these issues, we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I am not crazy abut bathroom design: toilet is small and low with an awkward reach to the toilet paper, and sink lighting is not conducive to a good shave.
