I was pleasantly surprised by the lake view and the spaciousness of the room, and furthermore, the affordable price for both. I guess Two Lakes and Manitowoc are a bit off the beaten path tourist-wise but Two Lakes is a very charming town and I enjoyed the cooler July temperatures the little town is known for. I felt like I could really relax here, and that was precisely what I was looking for. I'd come back.

Place needs an update. If your tall or have knee issues you will hate the toilets. And the chairs in the rooms are for midgets.The rooms are very clean,people are very nice and the view is worth any problems you will have. We still go there at least 3 times a year for the different seasons. Love the area.

When traveling to Two Rivers, I always stay at the Lighthouse Inn. It’s an older property, but well maintained. My room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Location is superb for riding bikes on all the various trails around Two Rivers, and it’s right on a beach. One oddity: there were plenty of electrical outlets in the room, but they were all on the opposite side of the room from the bed. Consider bringing an extension cord if you need to have devices plugged in within reach of your bed. Included breakfast is good, though if busy there can be a wait for seating. Overall, the Lighthouse Inn remains my first choice for lodging in the region.

This is such a beautiful hotel and beachfront. They have chairs you can set up on the beach -- I spent some lovely time writing in my notebook in the breeze, watching the waves crash on the shore of Lake Michigan. We didn't end up having the free breakfast, but that is an option they have. Room is pretty average but I think the setting, the kindness of the staff, and the amenities take this to the next level. The price is super reasonable for everything you get here. The owner of the Lighthouse Inn also runs the Hamilton Wood Type Museum just down the street, which is essential if you are a print geek like me. It's also a lovely tribute to the workers at the print factory, many of whom worked there their whole careers. We caught a live demo of wood type being made! The delicious Spices Indian Restaurant is also within walking distance. All in all, a great experience.

I was incredibly impressed by this hotel! It is a timewarp back to the 80's, and I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first, but the longer I stayed, the more I loved this hotel. The decor is the same as it was when it originally opened, but it is SO INCREDIBLY CLEAN and well taken care of! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was wonderful. Restaurant on site is also great- a true step back in time and I loved it! You can tell the owners care for and love this hotel.
