It was very nice. Quiet. Did not expect no cell service or WiFi but the office provided both WiFi and a phone. Beautiful views and excellent restaurant.

We stayed for three nights. I loved it so much I booked another stay the following month. This is the place to come and disconnect from a busy world. There is no WiFi or cell connectivity. That said, you are able to get access at the office if you plug into their internet. Not having a signal or internet was not an issue for me. The grounds are beautiful, not manicured but a beautiful rustic coast. The restaurant food was fine. It was nothing to brag about but not bash either. I enjoyed my meal there. Cayucos and Cambria are a short drive away. There are many elevated restaurants in town, and cell signal is strong. The drive to town is filled with amazing views and you can stop at the castle, or see the elephant seals. Our room was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the short drive to town and being able to go back to the resort and nature was nice. Comfortable bed, VERY large walk in close and bathroom with dual sinks and separate tub and shower. We stayed in the cliff house. There is a shared common area, I saw some complaints from others. I feel this is an additional amenity. Almost like renting a house. The only restriction we were told was no cooking. I thought this was fair to be respectful of other guests. There is a nice patio, living and dining room. If that’s not for you, you can simply use the separate outside entrance. The views from our room were wonderful. This is the place to come to disconnect in a beautiful coastal setting with great amenities.

I arrived with a bad cold; probably would have canceled if I had taken out travel insurance. The smell of the cleaning products (I assume) was very off putting, but fortunately the sliding door was left open- I never closed it because it didn’t get cold and I was on the second floor.My ex housemate use to use a product with a similar scent that I never could stand. I can only guess they left the door open because of previous guests complaining about the smell. Otherwise my stay went fine but I didn’t try any toiletries except bar soap unless it was related to the cleaning smell.

Our room had an amazing view. It was so nice hear the ocean waves. The grounds are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the evening.

We had an amazing stay at ragged point inn. There was a bathtub in the middle of the room. The only thing lacking was a proper ceiling light.

Nice place but not much to do. Very out of the way. Restaurant was too expensive. Great ocean view. Carpet needs to be replaced. Theres no wi-fi! Front desk was very nice and helpful

This property is beautiful, views are breathtaking! There’s restaurant on the premises we ate breakfast every morning and it was delicious. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Staff were always helpful and super nice. Two things to consider if you driving from San Francisco the road along the coast is closed and getting there takes longer also there’s no phone service. Hotel has landline and spotty wifi. It’s digital detox and super relaxing listing to crashing waves. We had really nice time.
