My objection and the only reason I did not give it five stars is that they have a policy at La Quinta that if you request an early check-in, they will charge you $30 upfront. They also have a policy that if you arrive more than one hour early and want an early check-in, they will charge you $30. I have never experienced that in any hotel I’ve stayed in all over the world. A woman named Nancy was very cordial. When I was checking out and I voiced my opinion of the policy, she was very understanding and explained what the different policies are. I liked her very much. In fact I liked all of the stuff."
