This hotel is top notch. I hope it remains affordable. ROOMS The rooms are small to spacious. I stayed in one of the mid-sized rooms which is about 29 sqm so plenty of room to relax and stretch out with your family and belongs. There is enough space in the mid-sized rooms for a family of two adults and two small children. SERVICE Service is extraordinary! Check in was a breeze with a low 500 baht deposit. Every member of the front staff was pleasant and engaging. Your room comes with daily DEEP cleaning. The hotel maids are friendly, warm, and accommodating. LOCATION Located in the off skirts or Lad Phrao but VERY close to the Mall Bangkapi, the hotel is in a convenient location. You can easily walk to the new MRT yellow line, take a bus on Lad Phrao road or get a grab which picks up right in front of the hotel lobby. There are at least five massage parlors, one attached to the hotel, two affordable restaurants right downstairs, and several restaurants on the Soi! There are no shortages of 7-11. There’s a ghetto TOPS, a Big C Mini, a Lotus Express, and a CJ MIore all within a 3-7 minute walk. Need to do your laundry, no worries this hotel has an affordable laundry room right on the premises. RECOMMENDATION I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Hopefully if remains classy and affordable! I will be back, Most High willing!

ラートプラーオ101駅から徒歩6-7分くらいです。空港から来たときは、3番出口(上りエスカレーターがあります)から降りた方が便利です。下りは自力で降りなければならないが、エレベーターのある出口から降りると道路を横切るのに非常に苦労します。道路横断は中央分離帯に塀のようなものがある上に、車とバイクがひっきりなしに通るのでまず無理です。 部屋は割と広かった(10畳部屋くらいの広さ) ただしアメニティの類はバスタオルとシャワールームのシャンプーとボディソープを除きなし。フェイスタオル、歯ブラシ、洗面所のハンドソープ、ひげそり、綿棒、スリッパなど一切ありません。 値段を考えたら当たり前かもしれません。隣にセブンがあるのでそこで買うか日本から持参しましょう。 あと100均で売ってるスポンジがあると便利かも。ポットが少し汚れてた気がしたので、中身を一度洗って、水道水を沸騰させて水を捨ててから使用しました。 ホテルスタッフは親切です。チェックイン、アウトともにスムーズでした。お水の補充とタオル交換は部屋掃除お願いしますの札をかけておかないと何もしてくれないので注意。 チェックアウト時は、マネージャーが一人一人に「快適なご滞在でしたか？」と尋ねていた。 ここのホテルのシステムはだいたい分かったので、条件と価格を考えたら次回も有りです。

这酒店很难找到 我们坐德士到了 找不到酒店大门 因为前面店面已经废弃 要转到最里面看到酒店 前台接待很冷淡 进入房间设备一般 冷气不可调 要么开 要么关 热水器是坏的 只有冷水 楼下不远有几间餐馆价格可以接受味道一般 来曼谷游玩的就不要住这里了 去哪里都远 不方便

Just what we needed

We needed a simple hotel that was close to where we were visiting. This was not a tourist visit so simple was good. We found the place easily and although we have no Thai, we were able to book in successfully. The staff, once pointing us to the correct room left us to it, which was just what we wanted. There was no breakfast included, but there was a fridge in the room so we could store milk etc. We took our own kettle, plates, etc., so we were not disappointed with any lack. The only thing that didn't work was their free internet. Couldn't log on and with no language, it was easier to leave it!!

budget option away from the Centre

This is the 2nd time we're staying at Viewplace.Things have changed to disadvantage.No housekeeping anymore,need to ask for more toilet paper etc. every day,bring down rubbish by yourself...Small cockroaches in building (last time in April there were none at all!).TV povider has changed,only 1 channel with English movies(Lotus Macau) and some news channels.So unless you are up to to something in the area,I wouldn't recommend to stay here although you have loads of shopping opportunities around (e.g.Mall Bangkapi,Tesco Lotus),and also you can hop on the boat (Saen Saep Express)which takes you everywhere in the New Centre of BKK (Golden Mount (-->Khao San Rd.,Siam,Silom,Sukhumvit etc.)
