The bathroom needs updated for use by disabled people . There were no grabbars in the tube and shower. Also no assist bars near the toilet. The bathroom is high risk for falling for disabled people. I PROBABLY won’t go back to this motel. Too dangerous to shower.

Do not stay here! Someone came into our room while we were at the gorge concert and used our shower! Then when it was reported to hotel management, she would not refund us. They gave us a new room but they had to do that for security. This privacy breach was completely unacceptable and they should have done everything they could to make it right. Instead they were defensive and combative. Do not stay here!!

Always a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet, comfortable beds. The new smaller pillows were extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast is always exceptional. Pool was heated to a very comfortable level for swimming this time of year

We paid $35 for early check-in. The fee is to have cleaning service to know to have our room ready. We were given a room that had a layer of dirt/dust on every surface. We wiped it with a towel and showed the front desk (they were extremely helpful and kind). She said that room had last been cleaned 3 days before. The window was left open and we assumed the recent storm blew dirt inside. She first offered to have it cleaned but we didn’t want to take all of our stuff out and wait for that to be done. She ended up giving us a new room. All seemed well until a man entered our room at 2:45am using a keycard. We were told the next morning that he worked there and didn’t know that room was occupied. In the morning the cleaning service knocked on our door twice (8:20 and 10:00) to clean our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Check-out was 11:00am. The best part was the helpful front desk staff member.
