Had a great time at the resort. The food and drinks were great. It got a little crowded at the pools quickly. I would recommend scoping out a spot earlier in the day. Room was clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were too firm for my liking but that’s not a deal breaker.

Had a great time. There 5 days April 2025. Carlos our concierge was great helpful with all our restaurant requests and spa activities. Claudia our pool attendant was excellent. Always ice, drinks towels whatever you needed. Would definitely recommend.

I traveled alone. Resort was a perfect size, walkable. Very clean, friendly staff. I liked the liveliness of the pool all throughout the day. I was disappointed about the beach that was not usable due to enormous amount of seaweeds. But that is something beyond control of the resort. Overall, great experience!

Overall I enjoyed my stay, although we did run into a few things that maybe questioned my significant and I return. The daily activites scheduled was an amazing plus so we didn’t need to leave the resort to find things to do, lots of options for food, and amazing staff who go out of there way to help you enjoy your time. On the other hand, you do have to reserve certain dining options which becomes available to select at 8am and by 8:10 time slots are all usually unavailable. One of the days we stayed the water was out for most of the day and when it did come back on the water smelled so after a day at the pool we returned to our shower water that smelled worse than being outwide all day so we’re forced to use the bottled water to take our bath. But, because you can only get bottled water included with your room when maid service comes around we were without water the following day going to the pool until they came back to our room the following evening. Our options were either buy water, drink the resort water, or not drink any water. Not sure why we can’t request additional water bottles whenever we want if they are already included in the stay. My wife was of course unhappy with this. Besides that, you do have raccoons come out at night and wonder around the resort looking for food but they don’t bother you as far as what I saw. Overall, rooms are up to date, a lot of options of things to do at the resort and things to do outside of it.

This property has everything. I personally was looking for a quiet getaway to get a tan and not have to worry about any needs (all inclusive), and this place delivered. One pool was definitely more of a party pool (DJ, swim up bar), and one pool was more family friendly, and the third was much quieter yet reserved for club members. There were plenty of deck loungers. The food options in the buffet were plentiful and I did get into one of the restaurants (need a reservation) and it was great too. The rooms were spacious and had every amenity. Traveling alone I felt extremely safe. The resort is very “American friendly” with language as well (an above and beyond, in my opinion). Overall the location exceeded my expectations. Families and couples of all ages will find this location great. Lots of things to do if you like to be busy. I did get asked the entire time where my husband was, comically enough, but still felt safe on the property alone.

Desde la llegada José hizo el check in con una sonrisa todo el tiempo ! Nos entregó nuestra habitación y nos dio todas las indicaciones para disfrutar del lugar ! Hasta nos ayudó con la reserva del restaurante japonés y que bueno porque me encanta la mesa de tepanyaki !! Fue la escapada perfecta ! La comida de alto nivel el bufete es Gourmet con múltiples opciones en bebidas, carnes, verdura ! etc Las albercas son de ensueño ! La excelente atención del personal en todas las áreas! Y la habitacion con una cama y almohadas para un descanso reparador !! …. El show de Michael Jackson en el teatro ! La música en vivo en el lobby para la bailada ! La música en la alberca de adultos, la clase de ceviche! , la ambientación con los aerobics de alberca y la atención del bar !! Bueno y el boliche con su bar padrísimo !! Good variety of food at the ala carte. The Bistro in the adults only area had the best food and service from Freddy and Willbirt. Very difficult to get reservations at the restaurants. If you did not book exactly at 8:00 am you would not get in. Drinks tasted odd. Used syrups instead of fruit for drinks. Little entertainment if any at night. If you are looking for a good budget friendly getaway this is it with no extras.
