It was one of the worst stays I have had in the recent past! The hotel room lacked adequate cleaning. Imagine the in-room menus with spilled food colors, toilet towels with dirt, untimely housekeeping (despite specific request), lack of timely service on in-room dining, lack of interest from the staff to organise a cab (which I ended up organising myself). It was a stay which I would love to forget! Except for its location (that served the purpose of my visit), it had nothing that seemed perfect. Photos can be provided upon request.

I travel to India from the US every 3-4 months and have stayed here 5-6 times.The property for the most part is well maintained. The rooms are comfy and cozy. The pool area is OK, not too inviting. The fitness center is on the smaller side but is sufficiently equipped. The restaurant and the sports bar are excellent. All the staff from the security to front desk to housekeeping are friendly, polite and extremely courteous. The restaurant staff (the two Chefs (Aziz and I forget the other chef's name), Rohit (Mgr), Sanjay (Sports bar), George, are exceptionally courteous and attentive (esp. George). The quality and the variety of food is second to none. Although the property could use some updates, the staff, their service and the restaurant quality are the main reasons that I will likely continue to stay here in the future.

Musty smell in the provided room. Staff said due to full occupancy they can’t changes my room
Though early checkout was possible with 48hr notice they should have refunded me. In spite repeated attempts by myself and Expedia hotel refused the refund. Besides poor rooms, bad breakfast, staff with attitude are enough for me to not book this hotel next time. For little more price, you can stay at Taj Wellington Mews with 5-star luxury !!!

The staff were unfriendly and did not inform us of special checkin procedures. When we arrived though, they made it an unpleasant experience for us to checkin. They lacked empathy and customer-friendliness.
