The room was clean and tidy. All amenities were stocked. The bed was comfortable. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival and provided all required information. Air conditioner worked but not overly well. Room got a little warm at times.

All the above and more. Hosts are so welcoming, like old friends. Have to thank Michael for a seamless booking. Late night arrival, absolute breeze, directives clear and concise. Did not need to second guess or have any concern. Spa after a long 6.5hr drive, was the best wind down. So glad we booked a RM with a spa. The recommendations for touristy stuff, very good and so knowledged. We felt rather excited and looking forward to experiencing everything Bendigo has to offer. We are very keen to return sooner than later.

Entire property seemed to be spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely good and catered for our special needs without any problems. We stay there every year when we are in Bendigo and will continue to do so. Highly recommended .

If you're only staying for a night or two this place is great. The rooms were clean and good quality. The staff are nice and it's close to everything you could need. However, I wouldn't recommend for longer stays as it's not at all sound proof. You'll hear every flush of every toilet in the rooms above and next to you, same with every door opening and tap being turned on. You'll hear every conversation of your neighbours and anyone out in the common areas. Your sleep will be minimal.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Check-in was fine and the parking ample. Unfortunately we discovered we were situated directly on the very noisy main road and the apartment was dark. The family above us sounded like a herd of elephants a lot of the time. We were grateful for the washing machine and the bathroom was fine. The bed was very hard and I woke many times each night when my shoulder became painful. The lounge area was adequate. The kitchen had two plates, bowls, glasses and two items of each piece of cutlery. I felt like I spent the entire time at the sink. I had to use a decorative bowl to serve the salad. The freezer didn't work at all. Wouldn't even freeze ice. Our 1L ice cream leaked all over the freezer and we had no ice cream and then I spent half an hour cleaning up the spill. There was no small knife for serving cheese and biscuits, so I used a butter knife. There were no tongs, no scissors and no serving ware. The glad wrap supplied was a nice touch but was un-useable because the last guests ripped it up. Lucky I brought my pocket knife! I thought I was all prepared for no stove, but it was harder than I thought. I'll be glad to return to my own bed and get a good sleep. The location is great, but make sure you don't have the front apartment on the road. The cleaner was weird when we left - seemed to have entered our room while we were packing the car and then asked for the keys when I was carrying heavy items to the car park with a child in tow.
