Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!

Property needs alot of repairs. AC didn't work properly the bathrooms , the kitchen, the Tv's the bug situation many flying on you while trying to sleep, Many things can be overlooked but for the price paid not worth it. Now everything we loved and appreciated was only outside. The safety and the Pool area the beach. the area. However you are Not staying outside the whole time. So in overall the apartment was not as pictures display. I wont be renting that apartment again.

Bye far the worst place anyone could stay, it was an apartment complex, the place was dirty with rat, roaches feces, the fridge did not work, the kitchen floor had a licking water issue from the washer. One of the bedrooms smells like mildew, a toilet didn’t work and the shower leaked water all I’ve. The one small TV didn’t have cable, no WiFi. And when my wife called the owner, he disrespected her…. We also mentioned that we found mariguana have burnt blunts and he said “ deal with it, this is the modern world.

It was very safe and the apartment was nicely laid out. The location was perfect. However, there were no shades in the master bedroom and it was way too light at night. Another bedroom was very noisy. It would have been nice to have soap in the bathrooms. Also, I received numerous emails to complete information for the portal, but was never allowed to get into the portal for information I need to figure out when or how to check in. If these issues were resolved, I would stay there again. Angel was very helpful.

Location was very nice. Short walk to the a very nice beach. It's a gated community, and on occasion there was no one at the gate. So if you are trying to walk out you had to wait until someone shows up. If you are driving out, no problem.

Apartment is actually better than how it looks in the photos. Security and assistance at arrival is excellent. confortable for family of 6. Beach is right in the front across the street. Highly recommend this place.

The property is directly across from the beach. To get out of the gate and walk to the beach you needed a key or needed security to buzz you in/out. The key only worked on the outside of the gate which was a pain and security wasn't always there to buzz you out. Also, the shower pressure in the master bathroom was terrible. We didn't spend much time in the room, so it wasn't a huge deal for us, but it was annoying at times.

Great location and views, only few steps from a beautiful long beach, where we enjoyed our morning walk and swim (at the lighthouse end of the beach, there is a safe and calm spot, the Bishop’s Pool). Lots of natural light, big balcony and wonderful private terrace. The apt was very well decorated, roomy, clean, with a modern kitchen, and washer/dryer. Very quiet. Assigned parking space. Check-in was easy, we arrive late at night, Angel was waiting for us at the property, and made us feel very welcome. He is super helpful and responsive, and always with a smile. We go to Puerto Rico every year and we have been all around and inside the island, but this apt and the location are the best so far. We will definitely go back.
