The hotel was clean. The hot tub has no water in it. The staff is slow and blamed it on their staff being new and then blamed it on their system saying it updates at night and is very slow. Check in took us 45 minutes and we had already fully paid for the room online. Don’t check in here if it’s late at night. We rolled in about 1030pm and it was almost 1130pm by the time we got a key to get into our room. When I put it out there that we had such a long wait, a man approached me the next morning at checkout and I just got excuses — no apology
