Staff were incredibly friendly and very professional. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was done regularly and well, while maintaining respect for my items in the room. In room next to me I had drunken adults yelling until past 12am multiple nights throughout the week. Being on a business trip, this was incredibly frustrating. Complaints were made by multiple people with no real resolution. The guests stay just ended. The Air conditioning inside the unit was either too hot or too cold - woke up multiple times every night to adjust the thermostat The shower I had was very difficult to use (room 106) - It was either boiling hot or freezing cold with little control of temperature in between. I spent approximately 10 minutes adjusting the temperature before I entered each shower. Building is starting to show signs of wear

Excellent customer service , the room itself isn’t the cleanest housekeeping does not clean the room only makes the made as it looks like . Comfortable beds . Swimming pool was extremely dirty and not maintained did not allow kids to go swimming in there . Overall it was ok but should have been a lot better especially considering it’s a Marriott hotel . But the good thing is the hotel is central off the 400 and you don’t hear the traffic at all .

Was coming for the pool and hot tub as ive been there before. The hot tub was covered over and i was very disappointed. We were so cold after the pool. The towels were tiny and it was just not a good experience. The room was quite small and the beds were not comfortable.

Stayed one night on weekday with family of four. Location was great just off highway 400. Check in and check were a breeze. Hotel, room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was decent. Con: The parking lot lighting was very bright and impeded our sleep. The curtains did not move and were there just for decoration. The plumbing was quite noise. Maybe it was our room. But you can always hear water gushing through the pipes when someone is taking a shower.

It was okay, didnt help that they had no parking in the evening due to a hockey tournament and kids from the tournament were up until midnight making noise which made it hard to sleep.

Very clean & to me that’s the most important. The girl at the front desk was very professional & very nice. Easily accessible right off the highway. There is a restaurant on site but there are also other restaurants near by. Sit down restaurants & fast food. Not walkable distance which is fine. Malls are not far either. Highly recommend!!
