Location is excellent. Our room is worth for the money. Bathroom is a little bit annoying because it’s too low, water/waste is almost touching our butt.

The coffee served at breakfast tasted good. It was Davao coffee excelsa. Near to the San Pedro Cathedral walking distance. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. The downside is the room that I got doesn't have a functional TV. The shower head needs replacement. Aircon remote needs to be replaced. Overall stay was good for the price. Anyways, was always out.

Location is nice, very accessible. Parking space was not easily accessible. There was a cockroach when we entered the bath room.but overall the room was clean. We paid for an additional person but we were not given an extra bed. Plus is they have free breakfast.

Lovely staff

Amazing staff but hotel and rooms needed improvement. As water pressure in shower was so low that can have proper shower. Good for short stay/one night as transit but for long term not good. Good location.
