Our room reservation was cancelled

Reservation was cancelled as we were going to the airport. Not fun. Stressful! But you did get us a great apartment that was a 5. We were not sure of anything until we arrived in Rome.

Alles in Ordnung.

Ein kleines Hotel (8 Zimmer) im 6. Stockwerk, ruhig gelegen nach hinten heraus trotz Lage an großer Verkehrsstraße. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut und modern ausgestattet, auch das Bad mit Dusche war vollkommen okay. Das Frühstück wird als kleines Buffet vorbereitet, man kann es entweder im Stehen essen oder auf Tabletts zurück ins Zimmer bringen, wo man es dann im Bett essen kann, da es keinen wirklich großen Tisch gibt. Es war etwas ungewöhnlich, hatte aber viel Charme. Die Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Great stay

Very nice hotel clerk, but hours are limited. Deceiving building in that the hotel is located on the 6th floor. Rooms were small but very nice and the beds were super comfortable. Great bathrooms as well.

Courteous, clean, convenient

Within walking distance of most of the important sites. Francesco was always helpful and courteous. Trastevere is a nice neighborhood. For those who like blues/jazz/rock, 'Big Mama' is a minute walk away.

B&B accogliente e centralissimo

A Roma per lavoro, mi sono trovata molto bene al Relais Star of Trastevere. La stanza era pulitissima, nuova e arredata con gusto. Il personale è caloroso, paziente e simpatico. Unico neo, il rumore dell'ascensore in orario notturno: se avete il sonno leggero chiedete di essere alloggiati in una delle stanze non adiacenti alle scale. La posizione è centralissima, ottimo B&B per godersi il centro di Roma. Tornerò di certo!

Great place with perfect location

We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and the room was very comfortable with a nice small balcony. The location is excellent. Almost all major attractions were within a 20 minute walk, while arguably the city's busiest nightlife starts literally 100m around the corner. We're delighted we chose this place and would happily come back.

Perfect location, great room but beware of noise

The location could not be better, not far from Vatican, Piaza Navonne, Palatine Hill or Piramide area, and in the middle of what i believe is the best area of Roma - Trastevere ! Staff is very helpful and nice. The rooms are very modern and clean, on 6th floor. Our room had a little terrace that was very nice for breakfast. There is a 'but', however : bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. The road in front of the building is a big noisy road. I had to buy some, though my partner did not need them.
