Poor service. Never returned my deposit.

I stayed for one night, just to sleep before leaving town early the next day. I paid a deposit at check in and was told upon check out that I my card would be reimbursed. I was never reimbursed. I called to follow up and was told “ I wasn’t the one who checked you out, so there’s nothing I can do”. Did not offer any type of resolution.

They have cleaned the property up a whole lot and now that there is a brand new motel in the back beside it there is no trash or scraps laying no where. Rooms newly painted didnt see no bugs and had new bed frames and matteress. Sheets even looked and felt new.

Upon arrival we were not let in the lobby to use the bathroom, we were told by the front desk clerk to use the bathroom of a dirty room. We traveled with a pet and we’re placed in another room where the door had been kicked in, urine on the toilet, hair in the tub, cockroaches on the floor, heavy presence of weed, and loud extended stay occupants.

The first day we got to the hotel we witnessed a man almost get stabbed outside of the hotel. We got locked out of our room twice during our stay.. The manager had to come and fix the door one day the next time she had to fix the key. The sink was broke. You had to hold the handle so you can even use the sink. The whole hotel smell like marijuana. I think a lot of the people that probably lived in the hotel smoked it. you pay for what you get with this hotel cheap on price but a lot of things are broke but the one nice thing the pool was closed one night and the manager opened the pool just for us they also had two stray cats around the area

Not bad, but could’ve been better

The beds were not very comfortable and the faucet in both my room and my sisters room moved. The TV in my room didn’t work so we told the office, instead of calling to let us know (or leave a note on the door) the office just decided to move us to another room (they DID NOT move our stuff) and canceled our room key. Imagine getting back at about 11:30 at night and your room key don’t work. Also, almost the entire upper level smelled like pot.
