Second stay. Really convenient for Line Street Station and access into Liverpool One. Inexpensive and great for a few days stay.

Comfortable and clean room (air conditioning was a plus in the heatwave), pleasant staff, and close to centre and Lime Street Station. I'd absolutely stay again.

Lovely spacious room & friendly, attentive staff. Allowed us to leave our bags with them prior to checking in as we had arrived early. Room was air conditioned, which in this heatwave was most welcome. It did however stop working, but we had arrived back to the hotel very late, so didn't want to disturb staff. Was a little noisy out the window at times, but this is to be expected in a busy city centre. Would recommend & would definitely stay again.

Good size room, Staff very pleasant and helpful, one or two small problems, the mattress springs were sticking up in places and the curtains had mascara or some type of makeup on them also some marks on bottom bed sheet once again seem like makeup.

Strange high bed that was difficult to get in and out of without scraping against the wooden sides. Small and no USB charging. Knocked on door before checkout time to tell me checkout was soon which was unnecessary.

6/10 不错

I booked this property with the mindset of a cheap stay in the city centre - which is what I got. Things that impacted my stay in the "Double Room (Lower Ground Floor, No Windows)": - Room advertised as shower/bathtub combo but I was told that non of these rooms have a bathtub - which is what's demonstrated in the pictures also. - The shower was either hot or extremely hot, could not get it cooler. - These rooms are underground and so you can hear the Liverpool metro trains regularly throughout the day/ night. - Also, as these rooms are underground, there is little ventilation but there is an attempt to fix this with a small fan that seemed to ventilate a bleachy-lemon smell throughout. These factors may well be different for the different rooms offered. As mentioned, I wanted a cheap hotel to stay in and it's what I got. Some excelling points of the hotel include TV in the room, excellent cleanliness, coffee/ tea amenities, helpful staff. Ultimately, I may stay in this hotel again, just not the lower ground floor rooms.
