Old falling apart. Dirty - had to request the room cleaned. Stove did not work, glasses In cupboard still had food in them. Air conditioning did not work. Two of the chairs were falling apart, carpet stained and ceiling needed painted from previous roof leaks.. Room most certainly did not look like the website. The only thing good were the beds and the view.I have photos if you would like proof. I couldn’t get my money back because I booked it thru a third party (Hotels.com) so we were stuck staying there.

Stayed in room 233, DO NOT recommend. The door downstairs to the “spa” slams shut so hard it rattles the windows EVERY SINGLE TIME. The room was dirty. The shower wasn’t clean, there was still a washcloth hanging over the shower head. Walls have stuff running down them. Windows don’t lock. Floor wasn’t vacuumed. The fridge and freezer were filthy. We had to clean them out.

It was very pet friendly placed on bottom floor. Had good flooring looked new. There was some issue with shower. I was understanding about the room, since they are under new ownership always have to be open while cleaning up after previous owners. I did like location close to beach.

WE WERE THERE FOR MY BIRTHDAY. WAS VERY HAPPY WITHT THE STAY. I WOULD SUGGEST LEAVING MORE TOWELS SINCE THERE IS THE HOT TUB AND TWO THINGS OF SALT NOT ONE DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS BOOKED. Ocean view was amazing. Even though fully booked the property was quiet. Staff was responsive to requests. Beds were comfortable and the table had four chairs. Cleanliness was less than. The sofa had sand on it as well as stains. The counters were dirty, we found a fake eyelash attached to our bathroom counter. The tabletop was sticky and worst of all the cup cupboard was full of dirt, spices and dead gnats.

Wow! factor when we walked into the room. Great veiw of the Pacific ocean. Asked for no stairs, got a ground floor room. Nice large King bed. 2 chairs for the table plus a comfy chair. Accessible bathroom with grab bars in bath and by the toilet Though you still had to step over the edge of the tub.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in was fast. The room (King Suite w/ Jacuzzi Tub) was a disappointment. The view was stunning, the ocean was right off of the balcony. The carpet by the bathroom was soaking wet and had a dirty fan pointing at it to dry it. The carpet in the living room was filthy and stained. The bed linens were tattered and falling apart. The cleaning staff must have rushed because we found a grocery bag, shopping receipt (dated 09/22/2025), and two 6 pack plastic rings in a kitchen drawer. The blinds were so dirty and dusty, as were the window tracks. They were full of mildew, dust and insect wings. Whomever stayed before us must have smoked on the patio as the whole patio was covered in ashes from cigarettes or whatever. Overall, the view was worth the price but the condition and cleanliness of the room was very bad. We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub based on the state of everything else.
