Great stay and loved the aqua park

We had a great stay at the resort. A lot of activities and we enjoyed the aqua park especially. The resort is a bit outdated and could need a fresh up in some areas, like the bathrooms in the rooms and some other public areas which would make it even nicer, but the cleaning was proper from the staff, so overall I would recommend this hotel.

Week in the sun

Hotel is really nice and well maintained set in big grounds with gardens so plenty of walking everything is spaced out and not in one building. We visited 1 week in June and it was pretty busy meal times and the bars so be prepared to queue - for everything! The animation staff are super friendly and very enthusiastic. Waiters and bar staff are a bit hit n miss and can be a bit miserable/rude/abrupt unless youve previously tipped them and they recognise you. Hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful. Food within the restaurant was fresh and always good choice but as with every all inclusive hotel it was repeatative and sometimes cold. The pool area is clean with lifeguards present and an on site aqua parc is great fun and very well run - just becarful of the millions of wasps that attack your drinks!!! Snack bars are by the pool and in the aqua parc with pizza/burgers/pasta/fries between 1230 - 1530 (i think) again sometimes not fresh. There is a well stocked convenient shop on site although a little pricey compared to shops outside the hotel. Excursions available to book also outside the shop and all were very well priced, we booked camels and quads which was 80gbp for 1 adult child for an hour camal ride and 2 hour quad biking, great fun and well run. Overall we enjoyed our week here and would recommend a stay here but probably wouldn't return. Morroco as country is magical and we loved the main square

Hotel familial au top fréquenté par les anglais.

Séjour d'une durée de 10 jours en mai. L'hôtel propose plusieurs prestations de service comme la navette pour la place jamaa lafna, 2 restaurants à la carte (italien/marocain), un aquaparc pour les petits et grands différents points de restauration, un parc de jeu. Une équipe d'animation pleine d'énergie. Dans l'ensemble c'est tres satisfaisant les seuls points negatifs que je peux relever: salle de bain des chambres trop petites surtout quand on est plusieurs et des enfants en bas âge. Profondeur des piscines principales d'1m50 et plat des buffets souvent froids.

The best place to stay in Marrakech

If heaven had an all-inclusive resort with pool slides, mint tea on tap, and staff who treat your kids like royalty – it would be Aqua Mirage Hotel. Let’s start with this: this isn’t just a resort – it’s its own magical, sun-soaked village. You don’t go to Aqua Mirage just to relax. You go there to feel alive. It’s Marrakech meets a dreamland. I spent a week there and barely covered 60% of what the place offers. That’s how packed it is with fun, food, vibes, and a sense of family. Now let’s talk heroes. HICHAM!! Yes, double exclamation mark, and he deserves more. I watched this man save two lives right in front of me. No hesitation, no panic. He launched into the pool like an action movie star, quick reflexes, precise moves – the man is real-life Moroccan Batman. But it doesn’t stop there. Hicham brings joy, banter, and warmth to every interaction. He’s always having fun with the guests. The kids adore him. Honestly, the resort should build a statue of him. Then there’s Okidoki (aka Khalil) – the legend. His name alone brings smiles. You’ll hear people calling “Okidoki!” across the pool. He’s energy, humor, and friendliness rolled into one. Momo aka Younes and two other kings of the Aqua Mirage realm is yassine and Espescially Anwar!. Always there, always smiling, making sure you’re vibing, relaxed, and taken care of. You feel like family – and that’s no exaggeration. And let me not forget Zineb and Sousou. (Please join sousou cooking class)
