Lovely hotel. Pool needs a bit of updating. Great food, n8ce rooms. Don't use hotel car park. Park across the road for free! We had to pay £10 @ day before realising the car park across the road was free for 72 hours.

My hotel stay this time was horrible there was not good staff were really rude. There was no wifi at all in hotel even tho it's advertised in the booking. I asked a staff member about wifi his reply was what can I do about it he then told me I could go up the hill to.a pub for wifi im a disabled women I was took a back at what he said. Also there is disabled bay that I parked in with badge but had to pay £20 for 2 nights ive stayed in This hotel a few times but it's not the same wont be back.

Room was perfect so was the staff so kind and understanding, lots of space for our pram and baby stufff, and had great service, will definitely stay again with my little one and husband. Only small hiccups with the hotel no sanitary or ladys products in the bathrooms but other than that would recommend for family or even couples
