Very friendly and helpful staff. Fran explained all at check in, and gave a few restaurant recommendations, along with bus links to go further afield. The Number 1 bus is a 20 minute ride to the'Old Town' from nearby (mere minutes by foot) Las Canteras beach. Thoroughly recommended.

I didn't have any view from my room as the small window was point towards other parts of the hotel but as it was business I was too busy to look at a view anyway.
