Perfect place to visit London about 20 min walk to station . Property so lovely food and drink amazing with quiet pool although people say cold was 27 degrees which is the norm as I am a regular swimmer. Staff were so helpful and our room was perfect

We arrived and had an excellent check in experience. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. It’s really close to Richmond Park where we had a lovely walk and spotted some dear. The staff were very welcoming. The pool was very cloudy which was a bit concerning. The shower was blocked which caused it to flood the bathroom. We asked for it to be fixed, but the soaked towels were not replaced which was a little disappointing. The restaurant menu was not quite what we expected and we found it a bit limited, but our food was tasty and very nicely cooked and presented. Breakfast was good, the eggs to order and fresh orange juice were a highlight.

This is the second time we have stayed at Warren House and again all the staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We had a relaxing evening in the bar and enjoyed a nice meal from the bar menu. The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of choice's available. We would definitely come back again!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly, welcoming smile and that continued throughout my stay. Dinner was lovely and as soon as my drink was empty someone was in hand to get me another one. My room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay!
