Service-minded staff

I didn't spend much time at the hotel, but the staff were really service-minded. It's close to the station, and the hotel has a rooftop bar. I spent one evening up there, and it was just lovely to sit and watch the sun go down.

Family vavation

While the room was nice - the AC was non existent (didn’t work) and the shower so tight you could barely fit it in. Once you did, you either turned off, change the temp by just slightly moving. Location was good and staff was friendly. But if you are going in summer - this is not the place. If you are not in fit shape - the shower is not for you.

Não condiz com a nota

Importante ressaltar que o hotel se localiza em um andar de um prédio, não ocupa todo esse prédio. A entrada é deplorável. O ar condicionado eu problema todas as noites e ainda por cima deixaram outro hóspede levar minha mala quando estava em posse do hotel. Alegaram que o serviço de guardar as malas era gratuito e não podiam fazer nada. Nem para identificar as malas de cada hóspede eles se dão o trabalho. Não recomendo tal hotel.

A/C didn’t work on the second night and it was too loud to keep the windows open. Shower door didn’t keep water from flooding out all over the bathroom. Wonderful view from the rooftop and location was amazing.

Prima voor een stedentrip

Wij verbleven met drieën in een kamer, met balkondeuren aan binnenplaats, waardoor geen last van straatdrukte en verkeersgeluiden. Kamers zijn schoon, goede bedden en dagelijkse schone handdoeken. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima. Helaas te vroeg in het seizoen om 's avonds van het leuke dakterras te genieten. Ligging in het centrum en alles op loopafstand.

Too expensive for what it was

The front desk people were not very present or helpful. It was a little hard to find, but the location ended up being great. The room needed a little updating. There was some rot in the bathroom where water leaked out of the shower and the ceiling needed a paint job. The views of the Duomo are all from the roof top, which isn’t accessible all the time.

While this hotel is on a somewhat busy street it was very quiet which was nice! The room was clean and a perfect size for us. I felt very safe as well. I would stay here again!
