Very nice location! Was a quick drive to bank of NH for a concert as well as close to many restaurants and the boardwalk. Loved being able to park right outside of the room. Room/bathroom was clean and equipped with multiple outlets and charging ports, mini refrigerator and microwave. George was nice and offered information about the area and directions to get to the concert. Would stay here again.

This was an overnight stay while attending the Bank NH Pavilion. The room was spotlessly clean and seemed very new. The owner was very welcoming. While we were looking for something close to the concert venue, we also found a new favorite spot to stay while enjoying the lakes!

I got a room with an attached screened in porch. It was lovely! The views over the lake were beautiful. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner and workers at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I had a lovely experience.

much more than just a "motel"

We booked this as a great nearby location to go to a concert at NH Pavilion, but it offered much more than we had time to take advantage of. There's a great view of the lake from a hill, with many chairs to relax in, a hot-tub that opens at 6AM to enjoy the early morning hours (unheard of! Usually 9AM or 10AM elsewhere), an outdoor pool that looked extremely clean, and the room itself was extremely nice for a place that calls itself a "motel", and the beds were quite comfortable. A decent-sized mini fridge and microwave makes it perfect for having a meal at the room instead of eating out. (or in addition to, with leftovers) So while it's technically a "motel", it deserves to have an extra night added to have time to actually hang out and relax here.
