I do apologize for the 1⭐, but I never had the opportunity the stay at an Extended Stay.
So, I know nothing about the facility, staff, room, or stay. I tried booking the room for a couple nights but for whatever reason it wasn't going through, so I thought that was the end of it until a day or two later when I was billed. I was super confused, because I never received confirmation or anything. Just a page that went blank while I was trying to book, then being charged.
So, yeah.... definitely not happy about being billed for somewhere I never stayed. Horrible!
