A nice hotel, friendly staff, adjacent to a shopping mall, close to the airport but very quiet, a very efficient transfer service to to pick me up from the airport. But what really stands out is the amazing swimming pool. One of the best pools I encountered at a hotel for swimming laps! I can definately recommend this hotel.

We stayed here on two occasions, each time for one night. I was shocked at reception each time - not a single smile and I felt to be an inconvenience. In fact on the first occasion the receptionist served everyone else before me, even breaking off my check-in to serve someone else. I was handed the key and had no idea where to go - eventually I was pointed in a vague direction. It does not matter that no English is spoken - a smile goes a long way. On the first occasion I do go to the bar and the attendant there was lovely. Also no English but we got along fine with my Portuguese and A translation app. We had dinner at the hotel which was not very good. The best thing about the place is the chandelier in a huge hall that is basically unused!

This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the room was simple. The outside was absolutely gorgeous! So many photo ops inside the lobby area and outside. There was a beautiful pool, the most adorable slide, swing, and spinning toy for the kids. The landscaping is so tropical. The staff was extremely friendly. There was a woman at the front desk that helped us find a fresh flower shop to buy gifts for our family that had been showing us around all week. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Can’t say enough good things. Also our hair dryer in the room didn’t work. They gave us an even better one from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked a suite as it had a jacuzzi. Unfortunately no one had cleaned it after the previous occupants so that was unusable. There is a large satellite dish outside, but only two tv channels available and one of those was a shopping channel. The room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There are well maintained gardens and pool area. There was some very loud music across the road which was not insulated by the single glaze windows. Fortunately, this stopped by 10pm. If it hadn't been for the dirty jacuzzi, I would have been very happy here, but since I couldn't use it I may as well have had the cheaper room.

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel com minha família e, de modo geral, as acomodações oferecem um bom custo-benefício. No entanto, nesta última estadia, passei por uma situação bastante desconfortável. O pagamento foi realizado integralmente no check-in — parte em dinheiro e o restante no cartão. No check-out, paguei apenas a consumação e fui para a recepção aguardar o transporte. Pouco depois, fui chamada novamente e informada de que havia um valor pendente, como se o pagamento não tivesse sido feito. A atendente insistiu que não constava no sistema, mesmo eu mostrando o pagamento no cartão e explicando que o restante havia sido pago em espécie. Precisei ser enfática, inclusive pedindo que verificassem as câmeras, para que a situação fosse compreendida. Considero que o atendimento foi inadequado e me gerou constrangimento desnecessário. Espero que o hotel revise seus procedimentos internos para evitar esse tipo de ocorrência com outros hóspedes.
