The hot chocolate, coffee, water, breakfast, and little store was the best part! The fitness room should be open 24/7. Some of us have a routine and workout after midnight. The pool had zero towels.. The water was yellow near the vents at the bottom of the pool which was disgusting. Aside from all that I was quite disappointed by the fact that a woman named Elizabeth who worked there for over 13 years did not know how to run the washer and drier. My 5 children and I couldn’t bathe until the next day we checked out. Still wasn’t even able to be sure there was “No more towels”. Elizabeth was very polite and respectful. She just needs to be properly re-trained so she can properly run her shift. The trashes were over flowing the whole weekend I was there. I also asked her to dry up the flooded walk way out the door of the pool and all she did was stick the caution signup and pushed the water to the side of the hall way. I have a picture of that. The other woman blonde shirt hair with glasses who does not wear a name tag is very rude. She purposely took away the hot chocolate station because my 5 kids where actually using it and made their hot chocolates with the marshmallows chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and butter scotch chips. Told them you can not drink or take anymore because they where hogging it. No one wears a name tag! The woman are all rude, uneducated, and unprofessional. They need to do better.
