Clean room, clean lobby, staff was organized, breakfast was crowded but the staff were able to keep everything clean and orderly. Hotel was in a great location as well. We were able to find everything we wanted quickly. Only a few blocks from the train station which was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to NYC
