Need to step up guest service.
We had to wait in line for a single check-in attendant when another was standing right by her side. In fact, she interrupted the one who was helping people to address some other issue on another monitor. The room was fine. A major issue we had: Someone knocked on our door after we had gone to bed and didn’t even wait for us to answer before they started to open the door with a room key. My husband turned them away and called the Front Desk who offered that they were just on the wrong floor. Another 20 minutes later or so, our phone rang and it was apparently the front desk again. We hung up the phone and unplugged it. Not a very rejuvenating experience.
