Beautiful stay at Whistable, really enjoyed the property and the area. It was very hot when we stayed and no air conditioning in the room so we did have trouble sleeping, however the place is gorgeous and such a fantastic view. Staff were excellent too!

We had a room with a balcony and views across the sea,and our room had binoculars, for looking at the fishing boats as they passed,comfy bed,big shower great bathroom,lovely big breakfast,tv turned off sometimes and wouldn't change station from remote sometimes, maybe bad reception Free Internet worked fine

Really friendly, helpful staff. Room was small but did what i needed so no issues. Room was lovely and clean along with the bathroom. Decent rain fall shower which was nice. Great location if you wanted a walk up the beach front etc. Good breakfast again with happy, friendly staff. Stayed for business but would be happy to go back for a few nights with the family.

3 nights away in Whitstable

It was a surprise 3 nights away for my parents. Hotel for them was lovely. But as an elderly couple they struggled with getting to their room in the second floor. But the reception staff were very supportive. And suggested that if my parents went back they were to call them and they would if possible arrange for a room on the first floor. Lovely hotel , lovely location and great staff

We chose the hotel for its location .,on the seafront. Our room was on 3 floor . Glad we only had small suitcases as we would have struggled. Our checking was fine . Picked up keys and parked several hours before we were allowed into room . It seems to be this company’s policy right across its property portfolio. Did not have breakfast as have to book before 8 pm for a slot . A bit weird . We’re on holiday so have this a miss . Lovely places nearby. The room was spotless but the bathroom was tiny . Reception staff really not interested after that . Another first for us But we would go back

Lovely stay!

The staff were very polite! And the hotel room was nice and cosy. The stairs are a pain, so just be aware that there is no lift. Other than that, a lovely stay, right next to the water front… the staff were helpful, and so so polite! Wil deffo visit again!
