It was freezing cold in the room, asked for an extra blanket or a duvet, and even the possibility to turn on the AC. But there was no Will to help me out despite the fact that we communicated on whatsapp, but then I was ghosted. Had to sleep with my clothes on. Very dissapointing as it could have been a nice stay in a cozy room.

Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her .

Het verblijf was top. We hadden wat reisproblemen en daar ging ze heel inlevend en goed mee om. Heel fijn verblijf op 25 min loopafstand van het centrum (of korter met de tram). De omgeving is rustig en het verblijf en de parkeerplaats is met een hek beveiligd.

Very nice and homely B&B, it is only 15 mins walk from Florence city centre. Parking is also available on-site if you inform them about it, they where also so kind to let us leave the car in the private car park after we checked out as we wanted to go for some brunch in town. The rooms are clean and beautiful looking, we will definitely return as we loved it!

Ein wunderschönes Haus und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin empfing uns. Eine sehr zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit auf einem abgeschlossenen und nicht einsehbaren Hinterhof. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut. Einziges Manko war die extrem winzige Dusche in unserem Zimmer - vermutlich für kleine und sehr schlanke Italiener konzipiert :-)

A great find - we stayed for 2 nights and the owner & property manager are so accommodating. We arrived at 9:30pm and they didn't mind at all. It was safe, clean, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I would advise letting them know about dietary requirements before you arrive, for breakfast!

Perfekt för ändamålet

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Smidig in-/utcheckning. Vi fick tidig frukost när vi skulle till flygplatsen och dessutom låna en dammsugare till bilen. Hotellet ligger smidigt och åtkomligt utanför ZTL utan att vara för långt från centrum.
