地點方便、用餐景色很好的飯店

位置：這間飯店離海灘非常近，且有自己的天橋、於早上用餐時，可以眺望整片海。許多跳島店家、酒吧、燒烤店、換匯等也都在這間飯店附近，主要是離跳島出海的地點非常近，吃完早餐悠閒走過去跳島店家集合，便會有人來帶領你去搭船。 客房：飯店僅有一台吹風機，且房間毛巾2~3天才會換一次、免費的瓶裝水也只有在入住時提供、房間熱水不熱(溫溫的)。但床舒適，整體來說還算舒服。

La habitación tenía un olor a humedad insoportable. El Nido es un sitio muy húmedo y la habitación no tiene forma de ventilarse ni de sacar la humedad. Si llevas bañadores o ropa mojada, que lo harás, no vas a secarlos durante tu estancia y van a acabar oliendo mal todo el viaje. La distribución del baño también es muy mala: no hay bañera ni ducha, solo un grifo y un desagüe en el suelo, por lo que el baño está constantemente mojado. La única manera de mejorar la humedad sería dejar el aire acondicionado encendido, pero no puedes hacerlo cuando no estás en la habitación. Mejor busca otro sitio

Le seul luxe des chambres Deluxe c'est la vue sur le port et la plage... Pas de frigo, pas de bouteille d'eau quotidienne, pas de séparation de douche... Et surtout un lit en 120cm au lieu d'un vrai lit double... Très bruyant car en plein coeur de la ville et sur le lieu de départ des bateaux le matin... Le ménage n'est fait que sur demande et tard dans l'après-midi...Point positif : la climatisation fonctionne très bien...

Avoid. Staff have no interest in customers'/tourists' well being. Even though things started quite well with them arranging a car to collect me from the airport via messaging, things quickly deteriorated. They sell boat tours which require an average height person like myself (5ft 8 in/1.74m) to wade through shoulder deep water with significant waves, so reaching above the neck, to board the boat, even at the start. I felt this was too dangerous as I neared the boat and I turned back. I requested either to board via the dock or a refund, they eventually offered a strangely calculated 50% refund, which I refused. I've been on hundreds of boat trips across the world and none came close to this level of disregard for safety - their attitude is that if you wear life vests you should be OK... They also didn’t do basic things like give cash receipts, only on demand and days later. I reported them to the tourist office, so if others also experience problems it may be worthwhile doing likewise, as they should be sanctioned after multiple reports.

Good for the price

Basic but tasty breakfast with choice of several dishes. Room was basic and in need of deep clean / renovation. Shower preasure was very low and hot water was hit or miss! Staff were excellent and always friendly and helpful

Booked and stayed in a Deluxe room for 2 nights. the Deluxe room appears to reflect the amazing views of the harbour not the room itself. It’s really a cheap and cheerful place close to everything. The room itself had some issues. First, there was no hot water in the shower. Well at least initially. When I asked reception they promptly checked it and advised that the hot water is solar powered. So no hot showers. Yet the next day it worked when it was cloudy and was checked after it worked even though a typhoon was around so really have no idea. Second, the air con and lights need the room key inserted and were only given one key so the room is hot when you come back. Third, the balcony sliding door did not lock properly so could be opened by jiggling a little, which was ok given we were on the fourth floor and you’d have to be Spider-Man to climb up from floor below or drop down from the roof to get in, noting this is offset with a room safe so relatively minor. Fourth, as you cannot flush paper after using toilets in the Phillipines it would have been nice if they emptied the bins each day. Fifth the bed was uncomfortable. Oh and I have no idea why there are small round holes in the ceiling above the bed and above the shower. I plugged them with toilet paper but it seem pretty weird

Property location good - convenient. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Room had a nice view but there was no blanket or doona. Did not like the bathroom as it was integrated into toilet area and you had to shower in a toilet basically. Also very noisy with nightclub next door
