Reasonable accommodation for 1 or 2 nights

Enjoyed interacting with the front desk staff. Breakfast is included, either basic American or Thai breakfast (chicken rice soup). Location is good on beach and near the walking street. Bungalow is basic with mosquito net, and fan, but also with television and hot water shower which is not common for fan bungalows. Quite similar to other bungalows in the area, not the Taj Mahal, and not a disaster zone.

I live because you just wake up and you are already on the beach, very convenient to have a lunch or dinner, dont need to pay for sitting in the beach chairs, can stay all day watching the view. The room is quite good.. I was in the fan room but I had a animal visitor during the night, that I dont know what was that. I had some cookies and it came during night time to eat, once there is a gap btw the wall and the ceiling.

Ok but room was noisy

The location on the beach was great and the staff was very helpful and friendly. However my room was located behind a local family’s home. Therefore it was very noisy at night and early in the morning. This room should e avoided. It wasn’t great value for money but accommodation is pricey on Koh Lipe. Generally it’s ok but I’ve stayed at better places on the island.

Bijna op het strand

Fijn onderkomen op een heel touristisch eiland. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het strand sunrisebeach is ook een aanrader. Voor het eiland hoef je het niet te doen. Hier gaat het meer om de onderwaterwereld. Duiken en snorkelen? Dan zit je hier goed.

Revolting

I cannot understand why this place has good reviews. The location is great and I loved sunrise beach but I am reviewing the property not the beach. I have never left such a scathing review, here are the reasons why. The room F9 was dark, run down and in need of refurbishment. It wasn't even clean. Within a few moments we had a cockroach on the table. There was no hot water plumbing in the room. The bathrooms between ours and our neighbours was separated by a piece of plywood, you could hear everything . We had a fan room, I thought this would be a ceiling fan, no it was a floor fan so impossible to get adequate ventilation for us both while under a mosquito net. I spent the most miserable night, hot, being bitten alive inside the mosquito net, listening to the locals living at the rear of the property crashing around before it was light. After check in my partner asked for an extra pillow, they said no! We should have known then what we were in for. One night was more than enough, we cut our losses and left despite paying in advance with no chance of a refund. We moved to the Ricci and it was palatial compared to this dump. I hope other people make a better choice than we did, if we had stayed here it would have totally spoilt our stay on the island..

10 meter från havet

Trevligt bungalow ställe mitt på stranden. Välj ac-rum om du inte står ut med värme. Fan-rum blir ganska varma. Cleaning varje dag. Just nu byggarbete på granntomten som medför lite buller. Trevlig restaurang och personal. God mat. Wifi ok.

Eine Reise wert

Zum entspannen, sehr zum empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, ein gutes Restaurant, nicht voll im Trubel aber nur wenige Gehminuten von der Walking Street entfernt. Hoffentlich gibt es diese Art von Bungalows noch länger.
