Great location

I pictured the room in the photo which had a lovely blue/white décor. This was not the room. The apartment was quite nice and very clean. We had a 2 bedroom it had 3 baths, there was a small windy staircase to the top floor which was the kitchen and living area - this also had a huge outdoor area. For all purposes it was a very nice apartment but just not what I expected. As for the windy staircase luckily my mother in law at 80 is very nimble otherwise she wouldn't have made it out of the bedrooms! The position was excellent, easy for bus, restaurants walking etc - \ We would stay here again

호텔 로비 한쪽에 간단하게 식사를 할 수 있는 장소가 있어서 좋았다. 차도 마실 수 있고 과일도 깎아 먹을 수 있고 햇반과 사발면을 먹을 수 있는 공동 부엌 이라고 할까? 이곳이 참 맘에 들었다. 객실도 깨끗하고 친절하셨다~~~

This is an apartment, NOT A HOTEL. The location is great and the apartment let's you live like a local. However, the studio is advertised as a double bed. It is really a sofa bed with a better mattress. The apartment is old which adds to the charm. That said, there are broken lampshades and a small t.v. It needs a bit of freshening up. There is no iron, which is important to me. However, there was an ironing board.

Bel appartement , bien situé, propre. Quelques bémols quand même.... Porte sous évier cassée, pas d'eau chaude à la cuisine, difficile de prendre une douche bien chaude, car l'eau passe du chaud au froid....Et parfois pas d'eau chaude du tout. ... Point positif, bonne literie, belle décoration intérieure, très bien situé à quelques enjambées de tous les monuments et endroits festifs.

The accommodation appeared to be extremely stylish! However there were a few pieces of furniture that were falling apart, the door did not close properly and wifi signal was non existent! However the accommodation was still very cool and the location was top notch!

La ubicación es excelente, pero el aislamiento de las ventanas no, así que no pudimos dormir hasta altas horas de la madrugada. Las camas muy incómodas y no hay mantas, menos mal que si que hay aire acondicionado y lo usamos para calentarnos por la noche. La decoración es muy bonita pero no repetiré porque no pude dormir y eso es esencial cuando vas de vacaciones.

Bien situé, pratique, accueil impeccable, petite cuisine qui permet d'y prendre quelques repas. Rue pas très passante d'automobiles mais où quelques fêtards piétonniers peuvent déambuler tard dans la nuit :). J'y retournerais.

Great place to stay

Only stayed in this apartment for 2 nights, but would have happily stayed there for a couple of weeks. The apartment was spacious, decorated in a rustic / shabby chic style. Loved the use of reclaimed floor tiles (probably from the same building prior to it being renovated) combined with laminate flooring. Lots of attention to detail to maintain the over style. the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and had everything you needed (no oven but 2 hob rings). Be aware that because of the style of these type of buildings in Seville and their age - there is no lift, so if you don't like / can't handle steps, perhaps look for an alternative. Over all really good and Juan who met us was nice and friendly - the check in process is easy and can be done in English.

Tres Bonne situation. Appartement propre et original. Par contre, Literie à revoir. Lit et surtout canapé lit. Et cloisons avec les voisins très fines. Dommage car a part ça tout était parfait. Terrasse sur le toit. Restaurants et cafés tout proche

Vacances urbaines

Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec explications des sites touristiques à visiter, avec mise à disposition d'un plan commenté..Le studio est idéalement placé, nous avons tout visité en partant à pied : la cathédrale,les jardins d'alcazar, la promenade le long qu quadalquivir, les barrios de Santa Cruz....

Unique, comfortable apartment in a good location

Our family of 4 were met by Juan and given an apartment which ended up having a very uncomfortable squeaky sofa bed. When we alerted Juan the next morning, he and Maria immediately changed our apt to a superior, more comfortable apartment down the hall. Maria made sure we had everything we needed. We liked the mix of modern and old. We thought the location was very good, quite quiet and accessible to the sights of Seville. We would be happy to stay there again!

A good spot in Sevilla

A good location close to the highlights of Sevilla. Very helpful staff on check-in and when we required something changed. The neighbourhood was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights (as much to do with Spanish nightlife as anything and not a complaint). Some of the other people staying were also quite noisy but quietened down reasonably quickly. The kitchen could do with updating. The sink has a metal bar over it which makes washing up 'interesting'. Having only 2 hotplates on the stove is limiting. Toaster and jug - as new. The major complaint is that much of the cutlery and crockery was very dirty and required washing before use (some was so filthy we left it). The bathroom was excellent. The sofa bed extremely comfortable. There is no table for eating, only a bench. However, facilities were as advertised.

Es un correcto apartamento, limpio, bien equipado, cómodo. Tiene una buena ubicación en el centro histórico a 15 min caminado de la catedral y los alcázares. Estuve 3 noches con mi esposa e hija
