there was a power outrage and I was unable to charge my electronics. Also the old AC unit was off for the same reason therefore I did not got myself to rest as I should. There was no staff on my check out to complain. I am requesting a full refund!!

The rooms are old and very basic, but it was clean and the bed was comfy. Served our purpose for the night. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. There is a restaurant and separate lounge within and the food was good.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, The room wasnt fancy but clean and the restaurant has awesome food. I had the Pizza for supper as well as had their breakfast and both were great food served by fabulous servers.

Ich würde nicht wieder herkommen. Das Personal war sehr nett aber die Unterkunft sehr runtergekommen. Die Zimmertür war nicht sehr sicher und hatte unten einen Spalt offen. Das Zimmer war sehr eng sodass man von der einen Seite des Bettes kaum rauskam. Waren zum Glück nur für eine Nacht dort.

The property is older but clean and quiet. The rooms are small and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. No coffee in room. Nice cafe where we had supper. Great beef dips.

No decaf coffee for the coffee maker. Was given instant and told to make hot water with the coffee maker. soiled linens. Chipboard shelf in bathroom needs to be painted. Bathroom faucets could be cleaner. No plug for bathroom sink. Had to run hot water in bath tub to get hot water at sink. Could see hallway through cracks around door. Window a/c very noisy. Drapes barely cover windows. Had requested ground floor but was told they were for long term tenants. No elevator. Would not stay here again.

This place was quick and convenient for our trip from Edmonton to Vancouver island. I was disappointed we didn’t get the room we booked. we got 1 king bed instead of 2 queens, we were so tired we didn’t complain, and the building is in great need of some repairs. Tv e bed was very comfy and clean, and it was quiet. The food and the service in the restaurant were great!
