Very nice room - we got upgraded to a suite…it has refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of food selections that are fresh including made to order items. Dinner was traditional Thai-excellent quality and reasonable priced.

The model doesnt really allow for to speak to staff. Check in and and check out are done at a painful kiosk. I never spike with one staff member during my stay. Even though there were 4 standing at the front desk while i tries to figure out the kiosk after 15 hourss if travel.
