My Brookshire stay.

My stay was good. The only complaint I have is the bed was high and there wasnt a step stool to use to get into it. I'm about 5'7 in height so i could get into the bed without the step stool but i have been having trouble with my knee so that uncomfortable when i had to get in and out of the bed. If i was a person that was 5'3 or shorter that person would have to literally jump in the bed to get in it. Aside from that the room was good. Even with the renovation inside the hotel it wasn't to much of an inconvenience. Plenty of eating spots close by and even a WalMart

The was big and spacious room. Because it was a festive week. I had to take a King size room, and it was big we were able to use an air mattress to help the bed issue. They gave us extra towels. They were remolding and this did not seem to mess anything. They still serve Breakfast the best they could

The hotel was under construction which was fine as our room was newly remodeled, but I booked a room with two king-size beds and the hotel doesn't have 2 king-size bed rooms. We had to share one bed. The lady at the desk was very nice and said she would get a refund for me today. I hope that will work.

Well our room wasn’t ready when we checked in. So they sent us upstairs anyway and we had to stand in the hallway while they cleaned the room. The cleaning staff was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience. They were under renovation, So the lobby was a bit of a mess. Our room once cleaned was very nice. Except there was no coffee pot in the room which I thought was usually standard. I definitely would give them a 4 rating, even with the inconvenience. Close to several restaurants and stores.
