Ficamos por uma semana, praticamente só pra dormir. Nos primeiros dias nos deram um quarto que tinham baratas, até dentro do frigobar. Depois pediram para trocarmos de quarto, para que eles pudessem dedetizar. De forma geral, o hotel já precisa de uma reforma nos quartos e banheiros. O café da manhã era sempre o mesmo, em todos esses dias. Simples, mas de qualidade. Os funcionários eram solícitos e prestativos.

Excelente custo benefício, ótima localização, bem pertinho da Estação da Luz. Não tenho o que se queixar quanto ao café da manhã, de fato não havia muito diferença, mas achei um café da manhã bem padrão de hotel. Se quiser um café de hotel 5 estrelas, se hospede em um que seja. Quanto a estrutura é tudo muito bem preservada, por ser prédio antigo, mas é nítido que houveram reformas meio recentes. No geral estava tudo limpo, somente o banheiro acredito que possam caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza.
