The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom line.

I stayed this hotel twice in March. First, the bathroom got flooded with water dripping from the ceiling fan, the maintenance guy came in and I had to move to the different room. The staff didn't really care since the front lady never came out to say sorry and check to see everything was ok with the new room. Very disappointing. The second stay, I realized I never received a free drink coupon at all and upon check out, I asked if they are still offering. The front desk lady asked where I booked and said it depends etc. Great customer service. No apology, obviously she didn't care. Another disappointing stay. I'll never stay here again.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay before catching flight. 24 hour shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient. Staff were very welcoming during check in. Room was very nice. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. The restaurant was closed in the evening but you could get a meal at the bar. Food was well done. Had a small convenience store at the front desk. There was a gym and pool but didn't have time to use those facilities.

Due to an early morning flight, we chose to stay at this hotel for their 24 hour shuttle service. What a convenience! They leave every hour on the hour to bring guests to the airport. If you're coming from the airport, you just have to call to request a pick up and since they're so close by, the wait is only a few minutes. Five stars! The hotel is not fancy but it met all of our needs. The room and bathroom were both very clean. I would've liked to check out the pool but didn't have time. There's a bar and a restaurant on the premises. Check in was friendly and inviting, check out was pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about this reasonably priced option for an airport hotel. The king bed was SO comfy it was extremely hard to wake up at 3:30am. Thanks for the short but sweet stay!

Stayed here 1 night before and 1 night after our trip down south. Paid extra to park our car on site and use the shuttle service to get to/from the airport. First night was fine but when booking the shuttle we were told it only runs once per hour on the hour. It doesn't allow much flexibility, either arrive at airport much earlier than needed or cut it super close. Return night was awful. We were told to wait until we had collected all our bags before calling for the shuttle, so we did. Called for a ride just a few minutes after midnight, front desk told us to wait by post 37 and the shuttle would be 10-12 minutes. We hauled our stuff out to the pickup point, I waited while my family went back inside (it was -15). 25 minutes later, shuttle still hadn't arrived. Called again and was told that he picked up someone else because we weren't there (which was a lie) and they'd send him again. Driver finally showed up close to 12:45 (40 minutes after 1st call), seemed annoyed and grumpy with us for using the service. I told him we were waiting for over 40 minutes which he denied and said he'd only got the phone call 10 minutes earlier. Check in was fine but staff was rude with no apology or understanding that making people wait in -15 weather is not good service. To top it off, room keys didn't work, we back to reprogram them, still didn't work, asked for a different room so we could get some sleep. Finally got in room at 1:40am. 1hr40m after the original call.
