The service received varied with who was at the front desk. When we checked in, the guy on duty gave us two defective keys, then acted as though we were to blame, and took two new keys up personally to demonstrate their use. Further, the ice machine takes quarters, but the sign on it says one can request quarters at the front desk. When I did, he said, one was all I needed. When I asked another day and a woman was on duty she was very friendly and asked how many quarters I wanted.
