Staff are lovely. It is reasonably clean. Price of a beer is excellent and the music in the common area is great. Location is good. The whole place seems a bit run down and in need of update. My room, 102, was very tight. It is too crowded. Any time a locker is open it is hard to move. One shower is not enough for so many guests. I felt that if there was an emergency it would be a disaster.

It is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The staff is really friendly, gives you a lot of good recommendations to visit the city. The hostel is also well located in the tourist part of Lisbon. The free breakfast is basic : toast, cereals and coffee but they have a fully equipped kitchen, so don't hesitate to cook if you want. I really enjoy my stay at Hub and I will recommend it to anyone that will go to Lisbon.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was ok The facility and the building itself is very old You will every step of the peope in your room Very bad bed and bathrooms This hostel should be taken off the site as it is not comfortable for the guest and a few extra charges too for towels and city tax

Good customer service. Our private room was basic, but clean. We were next to the kitchen and dining hall, so there was noise up until about 11 pm, but after that it was pretty quiet. There is no air conditioning, but there was a decent fan. We were reasonably comfortable in mid September, but I can imagine it might not be comfortable in warmer months. We loved the part of town the hostel is located in, and enjoyed walking in the evening. Dinner at Lost In was really good, and they have an amazing sunset view over the city. Nearby was another amazing viewpoint with music and vendors by a beautiful fountain. We were glad we chose to stay at New Lisbon even though the price seemed high for the basic room.

The location was perfectly central, just 15 mins to Rossio square from where trains go. The double room was generally ok. The sink was present inside the room which was very handy given that toilet and shower is only on floor. The staff was friendly and on the ground floor there were chairs to sit and games to play. Hostel is quite authentic with typical Portuguese elements like tile and cute little balconies. However, one must take into account that the walls are very thin and every movement from the next room can be heard very well. Also, the breakfast was very modest, there were only fruits, bread, cake and nutella with butter. No cereals, no eggs, no cheese and no meat. There were 2 coffee and juice machines.

Stayed in a private room that was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy, but a great place to stay for a couple days. Good location, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the guys helped us carry our bags up and down the stairs to our room. Breakfast was a nice perk.

Nous avons adoré cet endroit, atypique à souhait avec un personnel génial, souriant et emphatique. Plein de possibles jeux pour les grands et les petits dans l'hôtel. Hotel très bien situé dans Lisbonne. Appartement correct, rien de spécialement extraordinaire, pas hyper propre, mais c'était seulement pour dormir alors pas trop grave. Manque de fenêtres, et de lumière donc, dans l'appartement et un peu dans son jus, un peu vintage on dira maintenant. L'entrée sur l'autre rue c'est étrange mais on s'y fait. Par contre 2/3 SDF campaient devant notre porte...sympa le matin en ouvrant d'en voir un uriner et l'autre déféquer sans gêne sur le trottoir devant...

Estive por uma semana no Hostel Wot New Lisbon, foi sensacional, tudo muito bem organizado, limpo e cheiroso. Equipe de Staff sem dúvidas são os melhores, Agradeço a todos, fui super bem atendido. São super simpáticos, animados. Rafa Supervisor, tens uma equipe incrível. Agradeço ao Esteban, mi hermano. Bruno, menino incrível animado. Margarida, essa portuguesa é muito Fixe. Super godt ophold. Dog blev vi fortalt om forholdene og reglerne med tjek ind. Ingen larm efter 22. Dog uden selv at lave larm blev vi holdt vågne hver nat af folk der skulle op af trappen hvor vi sov, folk der larmede, skreg, og ærlig talt bare forstyrrede. Stort og godt privat værelse for 2. Badeværelse super, og bruser kunne godt have været lidt højere.

Para quem quer apenas "passar à noite" vale a pena, mas para quem busca dormir, não aconselho, pelo fato de que tanto o barulho interno, quanto o externo são demais. Fiz e paguei a reserva pelo hoteis.com, mas mesmo assim a propriedade me cobrou as diárias, havendo cobrança em duplicidade.

Quarto limpo, poderia ter uma tv, a cozinha liberada pra todos ajudou muito. café da manhã bem simples de tudo, café leite e pão. Mas compramos fris e deixamos na geladeira. Não tem frigobar tb. Prós e contras do WOT New Lisboa

O local tem uma localização maravilhosa, fiz quase tudo a pé durante a minha estadia. O ambiente é limpo e a equipe receptiva. Basicamente os hóspedes em geral bem novos, então se você é +30 pode se irritar um pouco com a vibe festa, principalmente na alta temporada. Mas o custo benefício é um dos melhores que você pode encontrar em Lisboa. Tive alguns inconvenientes de roubarem minha comida na cozinha, coisas de cozinha compartilhada, não é culpa do Hostel, mas sim das pessoas e acontece em outros Hosteis tambem. As camas são ok e os quartos bem iluminados, senti falta apenas de um lugar mais adequado para trabalhar com meu computador e fazer minhas reuniões, pq o ambiente para convivência tem sempre som, então tinha que fazer na cozinha ou improvisar um canto no corredor superior.
