While the rooms were awesome, we were hugely disappointed to learn both restaurants were under renovation which was not mentioned anywhere on the website. Don't plan on getting a good night's sleep because the property is over run by chickens and the roosters started screaming at 3am.

The lobby and atmosphere was nice. However, staff (manager in particular) was rude and would talk over you and not let you speak. I had paid for an ocean view, and got the view of an elevator. We were only there for 2 nights and they wouldn’t “couldn’t” move us to an actual ocean view until our stay was half over. After our first night there, my husband had gone up to the room at around 3pm while we were at the pool, and said housekeeping about to be at our room. We were leaving shortly after for a 3.5 hour boat trip, so we never went back up to the room after that. We got back to our room at 9:30 and our room door was ajar and had been that way for probably 5 hours.

We went to this hotel for our honeymoon. It’s newly renovated. It’s beautifully done. The grounds are lovely two pools two bars. The rooms are very nicely decorated the staff is super attentive free shuttle to Mallory Square, which is very convenient. We will definitely be back! Also, there’s a Starbucks attached with a discount for services!! Just perfect!!

Booked through hotels.com for 1 night.
The charges on hotels.com included in the total a $50 resort fee which they demanded that I also pay additional $50 resort fee upon arrival.
The Elevators broke and was on the 3rd floor , not a big deal except for the 2 oversized luggage I now had to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs.
Also through hotels.com I was supposed to receive a $15 credit voucher towards food and beverages which the blue flamingo said they were all out of the vouchers and didn’t have anymore. So they basically got over on me for an additional $65 above what was the original total price of the hotel.
Then I came downstairs again because all of the elevators were broken and no room service available and nobody answered the front desk phone.
Then I asked for another bottle of water as I had used the other bottle for the coffee pot and they told me they don’t have any water to give away , so I asked if I could buy a bottle of water ? She got attitude with me and said I just told you we don’t have any bottles of water ?!? How does a hotel in Florida not have bottles of water ?!?
Alex the director that greeted me upon arrival was amazing. Every other staff I interacted with was piss poor attitude and horrible communication skills and customer service was non existent.
Especially the day manager Adrian. His attitude at checkout as I explained some of my dissatisfaction was as though he was doing me a favor by even having me pay top dollar to stay there!

Good experience the hotel had one of the two elevator out of service, so made it a bit diff to go up and down! Non the less really good service.

Don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Super shady hotel policies and poor customer service!! Charged me $100 fraudulent incidental fees claiming I stole something from the room that I didn’t. And a month later am still seeing random charges on my credit card. Don’t stay here! Not worth it!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were given a great room on the 2nd floor with a great view. However one of the 2 elevators was not working when we arrived. The next day both elevators were not working. This made it extremely difficult as both my husband and I are handicapped. Using the stairs was quite the challenge. When I expressed my concerns at the front desk I was told the elevator in the front was fixed. I told him it still was NOT fixed as we had just tried to use it. The man at the front desk continued to argue with me about it! Also after booking the room, this hotel added on an extra $112.50 in various charges and fees. They even charge you to park your car at the hotel (unless you have a handicap placard ). Ridiculous!!

Veldig fint hotell med stor uteområde og et greit basseng. Shuttelbuss inn til gamlebyen med stort utvalg av butikker og restauranter.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean.Newly renovated free shuttle to and from hotel to the wharf end of all street. Did not have the 2 Lounges and restaurants as advertised

Hotel was nice just did not replenish pool towels enough as everyone was looking for towels, for a $50 resort fee this was not acceptable. The extra $15 parking charge on top of resort feee was excessive, especially since hotel shuttle filled up quickly necessitating a drive to old town and parking fees there.
