We stayed at the same hotel 5 years ago but time has made the hotel a bit worn.
The room we get has a defective code lock, so the service staff does everything to make it work again, unfortunately without success. Thus, we need a new room which for the reception is the biggest problem, either we can get on the ground floor or get one without a balcony which was otherwise paid for. There is no subsequent follow-up from the hotel, which in my opinion should be a matter of course.
(Bathroom tap was completely loose, cleaning should have reported this themselves to service)
The new room had an entrance door that almost wouldn't close due to a faulty door pump but didn't bother to report it to the hotel so we lived with it during our stay.
Good parking (27 per day), good pool area
