Love the arrangement.

I am very pleased that I have decided to book this hotel. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Very tidy. You can have breakfast in your room, though the breakfast offers are quite simple. I think it was a great offer for me. Unlike other bnb/suites in Rome, theyvallow late check in without surcharge, which allows flexibility to tourists. One minor thing is, it is not a whole building, it would be better if they have specified that they are on 2nd floor as we cant find any banner or signs indication downstairs, which made us have some difficulties in looking for the hotel when we arrive. I suggest that if you are arriving at night, you can take their offer for pick up service as this can avoid the transfer of train and metro (honestly I dont like the metro in Rome, and kind of worried when taking the metro) as I think their offer is quite reasonable.

Direkt an der Piazza Navona und mit der Piazzale Flaminio direkt ums Eck, eine perfekte Ausgangslage für eine Rom-Reise. Wir sind eine familie mit 2 kleinkindern 4 und 1 jahr alt. Es war alles fußläufig erreichbar, wir haben ganz Rom inkl. Kolosseum und Vatikan zu fuß problemlos erreichen können. Nur einmal haben wir für ein Abendessen in Trastevere ein Taxi bestellt. Aber auch wenn, wäre die nächste Metro und Busstation sofort ums Eck an der Piazzale Flaminio. Hier gibt es auch ein paar Essensmöglichkeiten für den schnellen Hunger. DA ME SUITES hatte uns einen Flughafentransfer angeboten, wir haben erst recherchiert und festgestellt, dass wir hier den besten Preis erhalten. Nicht nur der Preis, auch der Transfer war klasse. Super freundliche Fahrer, pünktlich bei der An- und Abreise. Unsere Abreise war um 5 Uhr morgens, selsbt das hat zuverlässig funktioniert. Das Personal in der Unterkunft war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück haben wir erst am letzten Tag im Hotel bestellt und im Nachgang bereuen wir, dass wir das nicht schon immer so gemacht haben. Weil die Frühstücksoptionen außerhalb nicht besser, sondern nur um ein vielfaches teurer waren. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das WiFi. Entweder war das Signal viel zu schlecht oder es war komplett nicht verfügbar. Das habe ich aber auch vor Ort schon der Rezeption mitgeteilt.

Really nice rooms and in a more quiet area of Rome. Great communication before the stay. We had an issue getting a cab on the last morning because of the area. If I had known, I would have prearranged through an app on the previous day. Breakfast could be upgraded slightly with some cheese, meat, or yogurt options. Overall, I would stay here again!

We stayed in the hotel for a week, I think the road outside was busier than usual due to some road closures in the area but the room was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were attentive and the room was always cleaned and was comfortable. Very close to Piazza del Popolo

It’s a little bit confusing to find the front desk when you arrive. There is a elevator inside the main building, you have to go up 4 easy steps first. The staff was attentive and friendly. The location is great, walkable. There is Air conditioning in the room. Big room and bathroom. We would stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and works hard to provide a good experience for guests. However the wifi barely works and I can't really use it as it rejects connection once the floor has enough guests (aka, all 3 rooms on the floor are filled). If the property owner charges guests a hotel price, he/she should at least provide a working wifi.

Beautiful Place

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close location to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only suggestion I want to give to the management the shower surface is very slippery. Someone can get hurt. Minimal investment to change to rough surface.
