房間跟硬體設施都非常棒，有餐具、廚房、洗衣機/烘衣機，甚至還有熨斗跟燙衣板，房間也非常乾淨寬敞，房間外的景色非常漂亮。車子可以停在門口，開車到皇后鎮市區大約只要20分鐘（但尖峰時間常常塞車），走路約8分鐘也有公車站牌可以搭公車往返市區，公車約一小時一班。 唯一讓人失望的地方是房東非常難聯繫，電話不會通，房裡留下的聯絡資訊也無法聯繫上。這導致我們住到第四天才有新毛巾的補充（試過電話、App、email的聯繫）。除此之外一切都好。

這是我在這趟旅程中最好既住宿，所有設備新淨，房外風景非常優美，泊車位就在屋子旁。唯一可改善的地方就是門牌指示可再清楚一些，因我們天黑才到達，要摸黑花一些時間才找到我們的cottage。

房間寬敞、乾淨，設施齊全，環境很不錯。但對於入住手續不太滿意，由於木屋並無接待處，入住前透過電子郵件得知房號以及鑰匙密碼，但抵達時發現預計入住的房間已經有房客，打電話詢問才知道入住房號變更，而飯店人員並無主動通知。

I had a 12 days trip in NZ, and I spent 3 nights here. This is the best place I stayed during my trip. Clean, quiet, facilities are good (have washing machine and dryer). I will stay here if I go to NZ next time.

Everything was great, but the cottage heating system did not work the entire time we were there. Called as asked for assistance and someone came and fiddle with the system for a while, but couldn't get the heat to work so he left and referred us to the user manual which did no good. Otherwise, highly recommended (but not when it's cold outside.)

The cottage was perfect for what we required. Once cleaned it was great. The cleaner's do a great job. Having use of a good washing machine and dryer was fantastic. Shower was brilliant. Can't fault this cottage and we were able to email anything we felt needed to be addressed. Kitchen had ample clean cooking facilities, although a non-stick fry pan should be provided. Trying to clean the one provided was a mission. Highly recommended 👌

Very beautiful property with everything that you ever need. Fantastic view of the Queenstown Airport is a must-stay for aviation geeks. Even if you are not, be prepared to be stunned by the beautiful sunset.

The space was lovely and clean with a gorgeous view toward Queenstown. I love watching the planes and helicopters fly in and out. We live under a flight path in Australia but if you’re not used of it, this could be a problem- location isn’t far from Queenstown airport and flight path is beside the cottages. Great amenities in the cottage but they are missing a dishwashing draining rack, the microwave is too high and hard to read, and they need more helpful information in the compendium, eg: there is a day night convenience store up the road that sells the most delicious pies and snag rolls, local attractions etc. The road in and out of Queenstown is always busy. The parking prices in Queenstown are so expensive ($6.00 an hour, $3.50 half hour etc). We really enjoyed our stay and location but also prices over Christmas period were expensive too.

The cottage was spacious with very serviceable self contained facilities, including kitchen cooking facilties, washing machine, clean and spacious bathroom and very comfortable large bed. The verandah views were awesome as was the very hospitable help of the host.

Terrific location if you want a relaxed self cooking place that has amazing views. The outlook is amazing and Arrowtown and Queenstown are only a short drive. It is in a suburban location so no restaurants etc.
