This is my new go-to hotel in NYC. Great location. The Front Desk personnel are professional, helpful, courteous, and attractive. Rooms are clean and crisp, of good design. Enjoyed every minute!

My stay at the Hotel Park Avenue was the nicest hotel stay I have had in a really long time. The staff is wonderful and the service is great. You can check in on the iPads when you get in very easily for check in and also use it for check out. Every one that worked there was as nice as can be. I never write reviews but I really wanted to share what a nice experience it was at this Hotel. My mother is handicapped and the service we received was so kind.

Hotel is self check-in which is made for young people! Anyway, there was a member of the staff to assist us and all was good. I gave a downgrade to service because it took over 50 minutes for them to retrieve our car. Hotel restaurant is being remodeled so no breakfast. But the remodel of the room was super! Once the kinks are worked out this is going to be a very nice hotel that I probably won't be able to afford.

Hôtel super bien placé,quartier calme. Personnel sympathique et chaleureux. Un grand merci spécial à Dowse et Evan L. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir. Seul point faible : le petit déjeuner avec 2 choix donc croissant et café ou eau (pas les 3) mais ils étaient sympathiques.

Ett bra hotell på ett attraktivt läge, dock… Frukosten var ett skämt, två ”items” varje morgon. Fungerar inte när man är turist och går 30000 steg om dagen. Tyvärr.

Nice hotell..,but tv wasn’t connected yet…and this couldnt be fixed? (stayed 3 nights). Also breakfast was a voucher for two items at coffeeshop next door, and water and soda is not complimentary anymore.

My wife and I have stayed in many different hotels, in Manhattan, but we both agree that this one was the very best hands down. The service was impressive from check in to check out with the staff showing the utmost professionalism and friendliness. The staff even went the extra mile by providing a bottle of champagne to our room when I happened to mention that it was our wedding anniversary. Our room was extremely clean and modern, but also very warm and welcoming. We would definitely recommend choosing this hotel on your next visit to the city. We know we will and thank you for everything. K&K

Hotellet var fint och nyrenoverat rum. Bodde på våning 16 med balkong och kingsize säng. Inte så lyhört vilket var skönt. Utsikt från balkongen åt båda håll. Dock ingick just nu ingen frukostbuffe utan man fick kuponger till cafeet Matto över gatan att äta för. Man kunde hämta mer kuponger om de inte räckte. Terassen var stängd för renovering. Finns ingen riktig lobby att sitta och chilla i. Kanske under renovering också? Duschen läckte ut vatten under dörrarna ut på hela golvet. Annars var allt bra, rekommenderar att bo här! Lugnt område.

The hotel room was immaculate. It resembled a cruise ship cabin in size, but had everything one would need for a short stay. My only complaint was the heavy-weight bedding cover. It was so warm that I had trouble sleeping. The hotel offered vouchers for a free breakfast item from a "grab and go" coffee shop across the street. Although nice, a similar discount to a sit-down shop would have been more useful. The hotel's location, within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway, is definitely an advantage.

The staff was very good, helpful, nice, friendly. I wouldn't go to the hotel again, however. It runs under most ridiculous premise ever; *Everything* is by computer. No humans! There's staff milling aimlessly around the entrance. But, you can't find anyone to help you check in--the small staff is busy & not in the front hall. There aren't lines like at a check in desk, so you have to force your way between people at the check in table. Oh shoot, there's only one staffer, but 5 couples trying to check in --but confused by the computers. So go downstairs one night for bottled water. There's no one there. What about directions to a restaurant? There's an office, unlabeled, & the door is ajar. Nope, no one there. Ok, I"m leaving. How do I get out of the building? I'm baffled, there aren't any signs. I can't figure out how to leave the building. Okay, traveler, note that the hotel is still in transition to its future post-modern nightmare. So it lacks the usual amenities and nothing is labeled. There's no bar or restaurant, there's no place to sit except your room. Please don't tell me this makes the hotel any better. We know this conceit saves them $$$ to pay for humans. That's the sole reason to engage in this ridiculous premise.
